Account FAQS

Reset Password

In order to reset you password go to ‘My Account’ and click Forgot Password. You will be asked to enter the email address you used during the account setup process.

You will be given the option to change your password by clicking the link sent to your account email address.

Change Primary Email

In order to change your primary email address for your account you must first log into your account and select ‘Account Details’ from here you will be able to change your account primary email address.

Change Billing Address

In order to change your billing address details you must first log into your account and select ‘Addresses’ from here you will be given the option to edit your existing billing details and update them accordingly.
